Reflection

I was thinking about asking classmates in breakout group or on Padlet, but after think about the response will be more active if I ask people on Instagram, and i can also be able to get more information about how they think and deal with their negative emotion from different person, different background, study or work in different major, they all got different perspectives. Therefore, I ask people "what would they do when they feel stressed? " and I got some answers that I expect to see, but a lot of the answer I know that is relax but I because I'm the one need to doing all the interview, thought, build, Design, plan, everything, and too many things are happening at the same time, so I might miss something that is really creative and interesting, but luckily I can use Instagram to help me, this is another way to do the brainstorming with other people. it is a nice and very useful experiment.
